Where is my order?
Use Track Order at the top of any page with the AWB number from your dispatch email. Metro deliveries land in 48 hours; the rest of India in three to five working days.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes, on every order. Add your GSTIN at checkout and the invoice is emailed with the dispatch confirmation.
What is the minimum for corporate gifting?
25 units. Laser engraving is included above 50 units. Dispatch runs seven working days from artwork approval.
How do I claim warranty?
Email care@calmora.in with your order number and a short video of the fault. Most claims are resolved with a replacement inside five working days.
